COVID-19 Statement & Procedures - 2024

To ensure safety:

• For your first appointment,  I will call you before the appointment to discuss what you are hoping to achieve from the session, your lifestyle, and your longer term objectives. 
•  Treatments will last 45 minutes* and aftercare advice, recommended stretches and exercises (as required) will be emailed to you.
• Payment is 24 hours in advance via bank transfer to secure your appointment.
• My fee is £50 for a 45-minute session 
• You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to the appointment. If this is not completed I will be unable to carry out treatment.

*60-minute sessions are also available on request.
