Sports Massage

At KLW I provide sports massage to a wide range of people from elite and keen amateur sportsmen and women through golfers and walkers to sedentary office workers across the BS9, Bristol area and beyond.    

 

For active people, sports massage should be part of your training schedule no matter what your sporting level is. As the training hours clock up so do those niggling aches and pains. Having regular sports massage can improve your performance and prevent those niggles becoming injuries.

Taking the 'sport' out of sports massage. Don't be misled by the name. Sports massage is appropriate for anyone who prefers a deep tissue massage that targets particular areas of muscle and relieves tension. That includes mum’s looking after young children and office workers sitting in a chair for long periods.
