Prices
A 45-minute session costs £50
A 60-minute session costs £65
Initial appointment requires a phone consultation prior to your treatment to discuss what you are looking to achieve from the treatment, your lifestyle, and your longer-term objectives. I will then send stretches/exercises by email if/as required.
What is a posture assessment?
This is when the client (usually dressed in underwear or shorts and vest) is viewed against the ideal plumb line and differences/misalignments are noted, which may contribute to your current ailment. Issues in the shoulder can be caused by a turned knee joint. Palpation is also used to determine areas of tension, which may not necessarily be where the client feels them.
When are appointments available?
Monday to Friday & 1 evening per week
What should I wear?
Underwear or - if you would prefer - shorts and a T-shirt.
Where are you based?
I work from my fully-equipped treatment room close to the centre of Westbury-on-Trym Village in BS9, Bristol.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer 24 hours prior to your appointment so that the funds are cleared.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your appointment please give me 24 hours' notice. If less notice is given I will need to charge for the appointment unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Do I book a sports massage or a remedial massage?
You don't need to specify this when you book as we will discuss it during your consultation at our first appointment. Having assessed you and understood your needs and preferences, I will then tailor the massage to your own requirements.
